I started in mineral exploration as a hobby prospector in 1980, graduating to alluvial gold mining on a full time basis in 1987. In 1995 I entered the industry as a Field Assistant, working for various companies mainly in Tasmania, but South Australia and New South Wales eventually morphing into a contract Field Assistant. Around 2000 I started to employ Field assistants and Track Cutters to service a number of clients. This has developed into providing a range of services to the industry, including Geologists, mapping services, field logistics and Project Management.
Basically I am an organiser, with experience to bring together a cost effective team to meet a clients varied requirements.
